Trusted Users

Your iCashbook allows you to give access to other users so they can view and edit your iCashbook or communicate with you via the iCashbook messaging system. You control who these trusted users are and what level of access they have.

There are 3 access levels available to trusted users:

1. Full Access
   User is permitted to enter and carry out work within your iCashbook. This user has approval to do everything except approve new trusted users or delete current trusted users.

2. View Only
   Users are granted permission to view only. Users cannot add or delete any transactions or process any work.

3. Owner Access
   This level provides 100% control. Owner access allows a person to log onto your iCashbook and view, edit process, print reports and examine business results. Owner Access is the only level in which trusted users can be added or deleted.
